MII Transmit Clock Input, 25MHz.

When MODE_S3=0, Ethernet PHY connect with SLOC by MII1.
MII Receive Clock Input, 25MHz.
When MODE_S3=1, SOC connect to SLOC by MII2.
I MII2 Transmit Input Error. It is synchronous to MII2TCLK.
When MODE_S3=0, this pin is not in use, connect to GND.
When MODE_S3=1, SOC connect to SLOC by MII2.
MII2 Transmit Input Valid: Indicates the valid input data is presented
I on MII2B[3:0] signals, for transmission. It is synchronous to
MII2TCLK.
When MODE_S3=0, this pin is not in use, connect to GND.
When MODE_S3=1, SOC connect to SLOC by MII2.
I MII2 Transmit Input Data Bit[0]. It is synchronous to MII2TCLK.
When MODE_S3=0, this pin is not in use, connect to GND.
When MODE_S3=1, SOC connect to SLOC by MII2.
I MII2 Transmit Input Data Bit[1]. It is synchronous to MII2TCLK.
When MODE_S3=0, this pin is not in use, connect to GND.
When MODE_S3=1, SOC connect to SLOC by MII2.
